A company is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to lead its QA function and enhance testing efforts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy for testing across all products
• Lead team development by hiring, mentoring, and establishing QA metrics and KPIs
• Manage distributed teams while fostering growth and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience testing consumer-facing applications, preferably in gaming or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks like QA Wolf or Cypress
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
