Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Applications Engineer specializing in Service Now.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides input on functional requirements and advises on design and configuration of client software applications
• Leads user story and test case development, and test execution while ensuring comprehensive end-to-end black box testing
• Analyzes test results to identify defects and communicates effective test metrics for quality decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience supporting large, critical business applications
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
• Experience working within Agile & Waterfall environments
• Experience testing data migration for accuracy and consistency
• Creation and execution of SQL queries involving multiple tables and stored procedures
