Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of case reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify clinical citations and references in reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional standards
• Assist in resolving client complaints and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general office equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
