ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Charline Espinoza – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• BOD procedures
• Billing and Payments
• Assist customer in claims journey
• Onboard customers
• Policy review
• Scheduling appointments
• Answer Phones
• Provide excellent customer services
• Multiline existing customers
• Adding and making changes to policy accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHO
• Active insurance license
• Strong organization and implement dation of BOD
• Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting
• Detailed note taking skills
• Separate working room / home office
• Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products
• MUST HAVE STATE FARM EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
• We may consider part time employment
