Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in technical writing, specifically in RFPs and proposals
• Experience using standardized RFP templates and response tools
• Background in the SaaS industry, preferably in benefits administration
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects
