Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee the proposal process and collaborate with various teams to create compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize proposal input and develop win strategies
• Maintain proposal libraries and assist in writing proposal narratives while ensuring brand compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Communication, Journalism, or English) preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in analyzing Public Sector RFPs and developing proposal support documents
• 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in the IT public sector industry
• Proficiency in job-related software applications, including Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite
• APMP membership/certification is preferred
