Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator II to support pursuit efforts as part of their Central Marketing Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and produce proposals, statements of qualifications, and project descriptions
• Coordinate multiple projects while implementing win strategies and ensuring compliance with requirements
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and collaborate with graphic artists for proposal graphics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or communications
• Preferred experience in the architecture/engineering industry
• Three years of experience as a proposal coordinator preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and advanced skills in Microsoft Word
• Competency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
