Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Project Manager to support the global Workday HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and communication strategies
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Successful project and change management experience, particularly in HCM implementations
• Prior experience supporting Workday implementation projects in a global HR environment
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee communications
• Knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead and document HCM technology initiatives
