Project Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor - Project Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the provisioning queue for incoming cases and ensure suitability for provisioning
• Communicate with external clients and manage project tasks within TaskRay
• Monitor projects in sequenced and disengaged queues, resolving issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1+ years of Project Management experience
• Knowledge and experience with CRMs, specifically Salesforce
• Ability to manage queues and documentation efficiently
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
