Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer implementation projects
• Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource assignments, and budgets
• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to align on goals and expectations

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of project management experience in SaaS implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks
• PMP Certification or CAPM certification is a plus
