Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Program Manager to lead services delivery work streams at strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build execution plans for strategic customer programs and manage customer expectations
• Act as a "player / coach" to manage initial professional services projects and develop reusable collateral
• Collaborate with leadership, finance, and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for professional services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services leadership roles
• Experience building a professional services organization within a startup
• Experience administering a PSA tool, including configuration and resource management
• Deep understanding of finance and revenue topics related to professional services
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth startup environment
