Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support their Global AP team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Download and prepare large data sets for AP analysis
• Assist in daily report preparation and reconciliation
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and monitor updates across internal groups

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in accounting preferred
• 8+ years of overall experience, with direct Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in general procurement, helpdesk, or AP background
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company accounting policies and regulations
