Construction Project Manager (Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects)

Position Overview: Our client, an ENR Top 400 general contractor with a strong Southeast presence, specializes in heavy civil infrastructure projects such as bridges, dams, water and wastewater treatment plants, and energy facilities. With over 70 years of experience and a proven ability to self-perform civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes, they deliver both traditional and alternative delivery projects. Due to a growing pipeline in the water and wastewater sector, they are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to join their teams in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.

Duties:

Oversees all phases of construction projects, from defining goals and staffing field teams to managing schedules and budgets. Handles financials, forecasting, and procurement to protect company interests and ensure efficiency. Builds strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subs while coordinating all parties for seamless project execution.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working on water / wastewater treatment plant projects with a GC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required
• Able to Pass a Drug Test
• Legally Eligible to Work in the US
• Proven ability to manage contracts up to $15 million
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required
