Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Support Analyst (Specialist in social housing/urban development).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, allocate, and coordinate necessary resources for project execution
• Ensure quality control of project deliverables and conduct technical modeling for public-private partnerships in social housing
• Participate in field visits and coordinate with project teams to validate diagnostics and compile data

Required Qualifications

• University degree in a technical area (Bachelor's), preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics
• Minimum of two years of experience in developing or supervising urban infrastructure projects related to public housing
• Experience with public contracts is required
• Desirable experience in multidisciplinary teams and economic development projects
• Fluency in Portuguese is required; knowledge of English and Spanish is desirable
