Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operations Specialist to support global scaled programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for agency operations, including SOW management and supplier management
• Maintain documentation and communication to keep vendors and stakeholders informed on program initiatives
• Manage internal and external translation vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program operations or project coordination
• Experience in vendor management and agency operations support
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Big Tech industry is preferred
