Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance and relationships for colocation data centers globally
• Develop and implement supplier management strategies and policies while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiencies through automation and operational process improvements

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management or operational support experience, preferably in a datacenter or IT enterprise organization
• Degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related field
• Solid operational support and project management skills with a proven track record of driving results
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and apply sound business judgment to complex issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and globally dispersed teams
