Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee initiatives in Ads Product Marketing Operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Ads PMM team
• Develop and implement training programs for geographically dispersed teams
• Identify and propose improvements to existing processes and reporting mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or project management
• Experience in adtech or related industries is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or JIRA
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree preferred
