Program Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II responsible for analyzing, creating requirements, planning, and delivering updates for assigned programs and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops overall strategy and roadmap for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Manages program scope, planning, implementation, and delivery of software updates, coordinating with IT and multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations related to assigned programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 - 8+ years of related job experience, including project management responsibilities
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and project management tools
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industries is desirable but not required
• PMP or other project management certification is preferred but not required
