Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience required; health plan experience preferred
• Program management or equivalent experience leading significant initiatives is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and in a matrix environment with minimal supervision
