Program Manager, Health Equity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, CCHEB to lead the planning, development, and execution of health equity programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver educational programs focused on health equity and inclusive practices
• Conduct research to identify trends and barriers to health equity, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Plan and execute stakeholder convenings and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, social sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in health equity or social impact
• Experience in organizing stakeholder convenings and public engagement efforts
• Proven ability to develop and deliver educational content to diverse audiences
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
