Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director, Insurity COE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of enterprise Insurity software products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Act as the primary liaison for business and IT stakeholders, facilitating updates and meetings
• Establish program governance frameworks and monitor program performance and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management in enterprise software or digital transformation
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional software initiatives
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is highly desirable
