SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage organizational change initiatives, user adoption, and training
• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects
• SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable
• Experience with project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations
