Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator to manage operations and relationships for international medical students and US school partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with physicians and administrators to ensure program quality and compliance
• Coordinate and organize documents submitted by medical trainees and ensure eligibility requirements are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with preceptors and administrators to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Experience communicating with medical professionals and familiarity with healthcare or medical education
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a bonus
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
