Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee federal contract efforts with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) related to energy and minerals rulemaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal point of contact for communications with BLM
• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent rulemaking efforts
• Coordinate project team activities to ensure on-time delivery of all contract deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• 7+ years professional experience successfully managing rulemaking projects
• Demonstrated experience with federal rulemaking processes
• Experience with contractor project management for federal agencies
• Ability to coordinate simultaneously with multiple individuals and offices in different states
