Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant to support book production for various publishing groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Archive and retrieve digital assets, and transmit materials for e-book production
• Manage promotional materials, including scheduling, estimating costs, and tracking materials
• Provide general administrative support to the Production team, including meeting notes and package sending

Required Qualifications

• Able to manage multiple projects and schedule tasks effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Interest in expanding skills through training in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic math skills
• Candidate has a comfortable home work environment or ability to commute to the office
