Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Product Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports and drives the technical implementation of software, including configuration, training, and test support
• Facilitates client adoption of software offerings post-production
• Provides training and support for client administration and end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to learn and apply new skills effectively
• Demonstrates strong customer service acumen and skills
