Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst (Software - Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage coordination and communication with customers to understand their needs
  • Document reported issues and perform initial triage for escalation if needed
  • Provide customer feedback to product managers and assist in system analysis


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of the public safety or criminal justice industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work from 8am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday
  • Must pass fingerprint-based state and federal background screenings
  • No sponsorship required to work in the U.S
