Product Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Strategy Lead to guide and mentor the Product Strategy and Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and mentor Advisors and Sr. Advisors in defining strategies and proposing initiatives for enterprise funding
• Collaborate across the Cigna enterprise, coordinating with Evernorth to execute strategies
• Utilize extensive knowledge of health plan benefits and market dynamics to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience within Cigna Health Plan, including medical, behavioral, and pharmacy benefits
• Familiarity with Channel Product strategies and growth strategies related to pharmacy benefits
• Understanding of Social Determinants of Health
• Experience with federal/state regulations related to pharmacy benefits
