Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst I to support inventory supply analysts and manage vendor product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Research product status with suppliers and update relevant systems with information for the Customer Excellence Team
• Contact carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders and create necessary purchase orders for the Active At Risk team
• Follow up on issues with inventory control and receiving teams, escalating recurring supplier problems as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• 0-2 years of inventory supply experience (supply chain planning, inventory management, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with large, demanding customers
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
