Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buyer II to manage procurement needs and ensure efficient purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, including final authorization and verification of prices and delivery
• Manage supplier interactions and resolve purchasing-related issues, including claims and discrepancies
• Conduct analysis and create reports to support procurement contracts and inventory management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required
• Advanced knowledge of purchasing systems, specifically Lawson
• Experience in procurement and inventory control systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
