Process Modeling Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Modeling Engineer to develop a process simulation and techno-economic assessment tool for industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process simulation logic development for Scaler
• Contribute across the project and play an active role in technical decisions
• Help shape the product vision and roadmap based on user feedback

Required Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in process engineering topics, including HMB/MEB development, thermodynamics, and techno-economic analysis
• Proven knowledge of major industrial processes unit operations
• Experience in process modeling of entire processes, including utilities and OSBL systems
• Ability to implement ideas into pseudo-code or technical briefs
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field preferred
