Key Responsibilities

• Influence the roadmap of new features and service capabilities based on customer feedback
• Launch new solutions to enable customer use cases and address technical requirements
• Support strategic business development, focusing on complex deals and long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in In-Flight Connectivity for commercial and/or business aviation
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives
• Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills
• Experience in taking aviation connectivity products from concept to in-service
