Principal R&D Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal R-D Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the anatomical database for aortic and structural heart disease research and development
• Apply expertise in 3D software to analyze human and animal anatomical datasets
• Collaborate with product development teams on preclinical activities and predictive modeling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a technical discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Engineering or Science, or 5 years with an advanced degree
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Experience with post-processing of CT data and programming in Python and/or MATLAB
• Familiarity with cardiac imaging modalities and analysis of large datasets
