Clinical Biomarkers Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and execution of clinical biomarker and diagnostic plans for therapeutic programs
• Accountable for biosample collection, processing, and storage strategies, ensuring logistical feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Manage project contracts, budgets, and timelines for biomarker and diagnostic activities within studies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree with 3 years, Bachelor's with 5 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in a clinical research setting or pharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D environment
• Extensive 2+ years of experience in Biomarker Operations and biospecimens management
• Project management certification is desirable
• Experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects
