A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable, production-grade machine learning systems for ad optimization
• Drive technical direction of ML initiatives, defining roadmaps and mentoring team members
• Translate research into practical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML capabilities with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of delivering impactful ML solutions in production, especially in large-scale systems
• Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience leading ML initiatives and mentoring engineers or researchers
• Familiarity with data pipelines, model ops, and cloud ML deployment
