• Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members while developing the business analysis approach
• Research and analyze operational procedures, recommending improvements for efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or a Master's degree with 7 years of experience in relevant fields
• Experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health, or science-related fields
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
