Manager Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Business Analyst - Resource Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resource onboarding program policies and procedures
• Support the identity access management lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective onboarding practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analyst, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong technical skills with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Okta Identity Access Solutions
• Familiarity with vendor/resource onboarding best practices and compliance standards
