• 8+ years of experience in software development and AI engineering, with leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Expertise in modern AI technologies including LLM integration and RAG pipelines
• Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development, including languages like Python and JavaScript
• Familiarity with agile development practices, scalable architecture, and DevOps principles
