Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams (3+ years as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead)
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong knowledge of React, Typescript, and Terraform
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining engineering talent
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
