PPLUS Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Microfocus PPlus Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions on the PPLUS platform
• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of PPLUS applications using AWS-native tools and Micro Focus technologies
• Support initiatives for system integration, data conversion, and digital modernization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Life Insurance and Annuity platforms, specifically PPLUS
• Strong experience with mainframe development tools including COBOL, DB2, SQL, JCL
• Familiarity with AWS tools and technologies and Micro Focus
• Proven experience with system migration, integration, and insurance domain transformation projects
• Must have a valid USA indefinite work permit
