Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Processing Representative responsible for processing policy-related transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new business submissions and populate underwriting applications accurately
• Bind and issue new and renewal commercial insurance policies, including processing endorsements and cancellations
• Handle inquiries from policyholders and stakeholders, providing timely information on policy-related matters

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology-related fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
