Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related role

  • Preferred knowledge of real estate
  • Experience engaging with C-level customers to drive business relationships
  • Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, evolving customer success environment
