Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Success for the MM / SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Customer Success Managers to enhance customer outcomes and identify training needs
• Implement strategies to improve customer activation, retention, and satisfaction while meeting performance metrics
• Advocate for team and customer needs by identifying process improvements and collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related role
• 1-3 years of management experience or proven leadership in mentoring teams
• Preferred knowledge of real estate
• Experience engaging with C-level customers to drive business relationships
• Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, evolving customer success environment
