Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status
• Schedule medication deliveries and educate callers on prescription benefits
• Document information and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service experience in a call center environment
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
• Flexibility to work various 8-hour shift schedules during business hours
