About the Role:


As a Client Onboarding Manager, you represent the face of the company to our new customers. A great Client Onboarding Manager has a positive attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for presenting and educating new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel.


What You Will Do:
  • Deliver onboarding trainings and materials
  • Ensure platform adoption
  • Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of onboarding sessions
  • Ensure successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team after onboarding


What it Takes to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical skill set; experience working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills
  • Ability to follow process consistently in a high call volume environment
  • Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improve
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a Marketing Technology environment a plus
  • Passionate about working with customers and delivering a great customer experience
