Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Lead to drive account performance and implement technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive account performance in alignment with KPIs and SLAs
  • Develop and implement business intelligence and technology strategies for continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and learning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis
  • Minimum of eight to ten years of facility management experience
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo) and BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI)
  • Proven leadership experience in coaching and mentoring teams
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
