Position purpose:

Reporting to HR Executive

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for interns
  • Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge 
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.  
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.  
  • Handle employee engagement program and training.  


Recruitment:

  • Screen intern resumes, prioritizing candidates based on qualifications and requirements.
  • Screen Beauty Advisor resumes, identifying suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct phone interviews for intern candidates, assessing their suitability for the role
  • Utilize the Workable platform to screen resumes, ensuring efficient candidate management.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant Facebook groups to attract qualified candidates.
  • Making Interview meeting and arrangements 
  • Ensure Workable and Facebook are current with available job ads and post new positions on various websites including Facebook


Training and Development:
 

  • Attend seminars and meetings related to the HR profession.  
  • Cultivate interpersonal skills  
  • Develop negotiating and public speaking skills 
  • Information Gathering: Collect and compile all required information for submission to the Department of Skills Development (DSD)
  • Report Submission: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to DSD, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Document Compilation: Assemble and organize the following documents for DSD submission
  • Vendor Sourcing: Research and identify potential training vendors based on training needs
  • Vendor Comparison: Compare and evaluate training vendor proposals, considering factors such as cost, quality, and relevance

HR administration: 

  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects  
  • Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents  
  • Proofread HR documents including HR information, and handbooks.  
  • Purchase Order (PO) Creation: Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Data Entry: Fill in and maintain accurate information related to part-time and full-time employees in relevant databases and systems.
  • Document Translation: Translate emails, documents, and other materials between English and Thai to ensure clear communication across the organization
  • Welcome Book Preparation: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive welcome books for new hires, containing essential company information and onboarding materials
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Employee Engagement and Activity:

  • Workspace Decoration & Design: Seasonal Decorations: Design and implement seasonal decorations for the board and office area, ensuring a visually appealing and thematic environment
  • Seasonal Activities: Develop and execute engaging activities related to seasonal themes to foster team bonding and morale.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of team activities, including preparation and execution.
  • Team Morale: Promote team spirit and create a positive work atmosphere through engaging activities and decorations 


Teamwork:
 

  • Work proactively with other team members.  
  • Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.  
  • Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.  

  • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior consultant
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
  • Thai Nationality only.
