Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and network standards
• Evaluate and execute contract summaries and ensure supplier compliance with contract terms
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and support supplier diversity and sustainability goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• 5 years of project management experience and relationship building
• Strong understanding of technical, business, legal, and commercial concepts
• Desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
