Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and process payments for customer accounts
• Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist managers with special projects and maintain good public relations

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
• Computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs
