Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to provide technical and payroll processing support to the PR Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical resource regarding systems, processes, procedures, and compliance
  • Provide frontline support to processors and specialists on complex configuration and service-related questions
  • Participate in root cause analysis and develop innovative solutions to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • CPP and Workday Payroll Certification required within 12 months of employment
  • 3+ years of experience in addressing complex customer service issues or account management
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of tax requirements and garnishment regulations (specific to certain roles)
