• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in an approved county in Kentucky
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
• Experience navigating multiple systems while assisting customers
• Must have a self-provided computer with Windows 10 or newer and a compatible headset
• Available to work weekends and holidays as required
